Title: IT Project Manager / Product Owner

Location: Yerevan, Armenia.
We are seeking a Technical PM/PO who
thrives at the intersection of business strategy and software
engineering. You will be responsible for translating complex client
requirements into actionable development tasks, managing high-stakes
projects (including governmental initiatives), and ensuring the timely
delivery of high-quality software. You aren't just a facilitator; you
are the guardian of the product backlog and the primary liaison between
our technical teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage various projects assigned by the management of the Company.
- Communicate project plans with Client’s project managers, local team leads and developers,
- Supervise the timely delivery of the project tasks,
- Identify resources needed and assign individual tasks via JIRA issue tracking and code integration planning and management system,
- Manage daily operational issues of the projects,
- Act as a liaison between the programming team and clients,
- Develop, manage and supervise QA tests.

- Backlog Management: The ability to ruthlessly prioritize. Able to say "no" to stakeholders more often than say "yes."
- User Story Crafting: Writing clear, concise requirements with well-defined Acceptance Criteria.
- Stakeholder Diplomacy: Navigating the conflicting demands of Sales, Engineering, and Executive leadership without losing their cool.
- Data Literacy: Using KPIs, user feedback, and A/B testing results to drive decisions rather than relying on "gut feelings."
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- SDLC Familiarity: A solid grasp of how software is actually built, from discovery to deployment.
- Tool Mastery: Proficiency in tools like Jira, plus whiteboarding tools like Miro or LucidChart.
